Terms of Service

By placing an order with Loyalgrain, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our products are made to order and personalised from the information and photograph provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, names and photographs are accurate and that they have permission to use the submitted photograph.

A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable because the item is personalised and cannot be resold. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch.

Production takes approximately 30 days. This is an estimated production time and may vary slightly depending on order volume and the complexity of the design.

International shipping charges are paid by the buyer. Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by the destination country are also the buyer’s responsibility.

Because every item is handmade, minor variations may occur and are part of the unique character of the product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the submitted content is unlawful, offensive or infringes another person’s rights.
