Shipping Policy

All products are made to order and require approximately 30 days for production before dispatch.

After production is complete and the remaining balance has been paid, the order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

International shipping charges are paid by the buyer and are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
